Short Term Vs. Long Term Thinking

There is an interesting discussion going on over at the warrior forum-here-about a technique that is normally taught to new affiliate marketers, and its viability. In a nut shell, the OP is wondering why so many people do single page blogs(presumably free), and aim articles at them, instead of building larger and(presumably) more effective virtual real estate.

It’s a good question, and despite which side of the business model you fall on, it’s worth considering all the answers. Read more »

I’m About to Try Something New

How many of you have read Chris Rempel’s “Confessions of a Lazy Super Affiliate?” It details Chris’ strategy to pull a ton of traffic to his niche affiliate sites. I read it a while back, but never tried the techniques he outlines. I think I’m going to start a project using his method(maybe as a case study here), Nd I was hoping for some input or words of wisdom from someone who has tried it.

If you haven’t read it, you should-Chris is well known to be very successful, and one of the good guys. He posts at the warrior forum sometimes, and gives up a lot of great info when he does. Hell, his sales letter is worth reading-he spills a lot of his strategy in it. It’s also a little different than the average IM salesletter, which makes it worth checking out for your swipe file.

Seriously, check out the sales letter, and if it’s time to add a new strategy to your business go ahead and get the book. Check it out here.

Free Business Idea

I’ve put together a gift for you. I got permission to give away a report by John and Matt Rhodes that details a business model that they have used successfully. I’ve gotten reports like this from them before, and I can attest to the quality of their information.

I actually believe that the first WSO I ever bought was by Matt. It was a pretty simple plan, and it worked…in fact it still works. There are things in internet marketing that change, and you of course need to keep up with those changes. But fundamental marketing skills will always be the backbone of any business. And that is exactly what John and Matt offer.

If you have some time to investigate a simple business model(that you most likely ALREADY have the resources for gathering iDust on your hardrive), AND the commitment to take action on it if it appeals to you, I invite you to grab a copy here. If you don’t have time to work something new into your business strategy, please hold off on it-stay organized and focused on what is working for you.

Eventually it will be a good time to diversify, and you can grab your copy of the report right here.

Let me know what you think.
